CTXscan-MT

High-energy trailer-based CTXscan-MT  is the only X-ray mobile scanning solution that is completely safe for personnel. The operating crew won’t be exposed to radiation - as there’s no crew inside, and the truck won’t be out for maintenance together with the scanner - as there is no truck. The mobile mode is way more comfortable and smooth than in truck-based solutions. With betatron inside, the scanner ensures:

  • A greener and cost-saving technology of screening, consuming up to 10 times less electricity than others

  • High reliability and climate resistance due to less overheating and ingress sensitivity

  • Inspect bulky goods and vehicles in order to detect smuggling, illegal or prohibited goods, objects and explosives at ports, airports and border crossing

  • Scanning trucks with drivers inside: low dose for the cab switches to high dose for the cargo

  • Complete safety for personnel, which operates from distance

  • Self-propelled mode, commanded by a remote control unit

  • Adjustable scanning angle - 7 degrees in each direction

  • Material discrimination in dual energy mode

  • A balanced and lightweight axle load doesn’t do harm to the road surface

  • Advanced technology providing material discrimination and adjustable safety zone parameters

CTXscan-MT is perfect for truck, container and railcar screening at ports, airports, border checkpoints and any facilities that require truck scanning.
